Yes, there are actually real "little rocks" which is how Little Rock got it's name. The French explorers traveling up the river had the first rock outcropping as a land mark. It was a boundary line for the Quapaw Indians and the settlers. Farther up the river, the rocks become large boulders and cliffs.

One of my favorite historic places in Little Rock is Mount Holly Cemetery. Beautiful, artistic, historic and peaceful. Yet, as often as I have been there over the years, I never saw the Haley block!
Nathan doesn't like the smell at the cemetery. I think it is the aging sandstone and granite.
Not just tombstones but works of art that are usually signed by the artist. This family must have been very well off to be able to hire someone to create monuments for their two daughters in addition to the huge family marker.

We visited the new Heifer Project International Headquarters. Nathan decided to "visit" Egypt!
